Cabbage Guacamole

There are some foods like cabbage that everyone knows they should be consuming. The problem is that cabbage is one of those foods that limit your food imagination. In other words, you just can’t seem to create enough tasty recipes to enjoy using it.
Here is a recipe I got from my sister Betty, who collected it from her friend, who got it from her nutritionist.
Three cheers for sharing! Don’t underestimate the power of networking with others who are on their own personal pursuit of reclaiming their health and preventing disease. Sharing recipes, articles, websites, etc. can enhance the journey to reclaiming your health one recipe and resource at a time. Thanks sis!
