Vegetable smoothies are one of my favorite and most convenient ways to deposit nutrients into my body. I consume them every single day. Vegetable smoothie are a perfect way to get vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, fiber and cleansing water from your fruits and vegetables in a hurry.
I follow several simple and sustainable food handling rules to ensure the foods my family and I consume are safe. I didn’t know that processed foods were not a food group. Unbelievable! You mean macaroni and cheese and chocolate cake mix from a box is not food? Yep, that’s what I asked when I first started studying the subject of health and wellness for my self.
Sickness and disease does not fall out of the sky, land on our heads and into our bodies. Many of the diseases Americans are enduring are called the diseases of affluence. Definition of affluence: an abundant supply.
